A sci-fi book with awful, corny science and even worse dialogue. An unlikeable key character who under no circumstances claims nearly anything wonderful but manages to rest with virtually just about every lady on Earth. A Tale set many decades from the put up-humanity long term, that may be yet someway obsessive about imparting noticeable 'classes'
